'내루틴'(이하 "서비스")은 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 개인정보 보호법 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목
(필수) 닉네임, 이메일 — 계정 식별·로그인
(자동수집) 접속기록, 서비스 이용기록, 보유 코인, 결제(충전)내역, 구매내역
(구글 로그인 시) 구글 계정 이메일, 프로필 이름
(선택) 성별, 생일, 지역 — '추가 정보' 입력 시
(선택) 마케팅 정보 수신 동의 여부
서비스는 광고 식별자·정밀 위치정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
2. 수집·이용 목적
회원 식별 및 로그인, 서비스 제공·운영·개선
코인/결제/구매 내역 관리, 고객 문의 대응
부정 이용 방지 및 운영정책 위반 대응(이용 제한 포함)
(동의 시) 통계 분석, 이벤트·혜택 등 마케팅 활용
3. 보유 및 이용 기간
회원 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 파기합니다.
단, 전자상거래법 등 관련 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 결제·거래 기록은 해당 법정 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다.
4. 처리위탁 및 제3자 제공
서비스는 인증·데이터 저장에 Google Firebase, 결제에 Google Play(결제 대행)를 이용합니다.
위 목적을 벗어난 제3자 제공은 하지 않으며, 법령 근거 또는 이용자 동의가 있는 경우에 한합니다.
5. 개인정보의 국외 이전
데이터는 Google Firebase 인프라(미국 등 국외 서버)에 저장·처리될 수 있습니다.
이전 항목: 위 1항의 수집 항목 / 이전 국가: 미국 등 Google 데이터센터 소재국 / 목적: 서비스 제공·저장·동기화 / 보유기간: 위 3항과 동일.
6. 이용자(정보주체)의 권리
언제든지 본인 정보를 조회·수정할 수 있고, '회원 탈퇴'로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
마케팅 수신 동의는 언제든지 철회할 수 있습니다(앱 내 설정).
열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요구는 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다.
7. 만 14세 미만 아동
서비스는 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보는 법정대리인 동의 없이 수집하지 않습니다.
8. 안전성 확보조치
인증정보는 Firebase Authentication으로 관리되고, 통신 구간은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다. 접근권한 최소화 등 관리적·기술적 보호조치를 시행합니다.

10. 고지의 의무
본 방침은 법령·서비스 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱을 통해 공지합니다.
[EU 이용자] 본 서비스는 GDPR을 존중합니다. 처리 근거는 계약 이행 및 동의이며, 접근·정정·삭제·이동·처리제한·이의제기 권리를 보장합니다. 데이터는 위 5항과 같이 국외로 이전될 수 있습니다.
MyRoutine Privacy Policy

MyRoutine ("the Service") values your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws, including the Korean Personal Information Protection Act and the EU GDPR where relevant.
1. Personal data we collect
(Required) Nickname, email — account identification and login
(Automatic) Access logs, service usage records, coin balance, top-up/payment history, purchase history
(Google sign-in) Google account email, profile name
(Optional) Gender, birthday, region — when you fill in "Additional info"
(Optional) Marketing consent status
The Service does not collect advertising identifiers or precise location.
2. Purposes
Member identification and login; providing, operating and improving the Service
Managing coins/payments/purchases; responding to inquiries
Preventing abuse and enforcing policy (including usage restriction)
(With consent) Statistics and marketing such as events and benefits
3. Retention
Data is deleted without delay upon account withdrawal.
Payment/transaction records that must be retained by law (e.g., e-commerce law) may be kept for the legally required period.
4. Processors and third parties
The Service uses Google Firebase (authentication, data storage) and Google Play (payment processing).
We do not provide data to third parties beyond these purposes, except where required by law or with your consent.
5. International transfer
Data may be stored and processed on Google Firebase infrastructure (servers outside your country, e.g., the United States).

6. Your rights
You may view and edit your data anytime, and request deletion via "Withdraw membership".
You may withdraw marketing consent anytime (in Settings).

7. Children under 14
The Service does not target children; we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14 without legal-guardian consent.
8. Security
Credentials are managed via Firebase Authentication and traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). We apply administrative and technical safeguards such as least-privilege access.
